Our staff work on a freelance basis, which allows BetterEdit to establish a database of expertise from all over the world. Most are currently employed in, or have recently left the writing, journalism, or academic fields. During the hiring process potential staff are tested to ensure they satisfy the high standards required at BetterEdit.
