Payment
We will send you an electronic invoice. Payment can be made by credit card, money order, cheque/check, direct deposit (Australian banks only), western union or cash in person (we do not recommend sending cash in the mail), in Australian, American, Canadian or Euro dollars, or British Pounds.

BetterEdit chooses to use Paymate and Paypal for credit card payments. Paymate will charge you a fee for the transaction. Please be familiar with the rules and regulations of Paymate and Paypal before using their services.

Turnaround Time
Turnaround time for an average 1000-5000 word document is 48 hours. For rush jobs this can be reduced to 24 hours, but will incur an additional fee. For jobs at less than 12 hours turnaround please phone 1300 13 68 74 to confirm we will be able to complete your job in time.

For larger documents you will be told the expected turnaround time in your quote.

Special Circumstances
Our normal rates are based upon such things as readability, submitted format and any technical insights required. In the case of unusually difficult projects we reserve the right to alter the pricing to compensate for any extra work.

In unusual circumstances you will be notified of the estimated time and price adjustments before work commences, and no work will be undertaken without your prior approval.
